Joe was commissioned into the U.S. Army in 2004, serving five years as a Combat Engineer Officer — including a 15-month deployment to Iraq. After leaving active duty, he built one of Florida's most versatile structural engineering practices, now licensed across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
He has conducted bridge inspections and load rating analyses in nearly every U.S. state, with particular depth in Florida. His structural engineering practice spans residential design, transportation structures, and forensic analysis — supporting owners, contractors, and attorneys throughout the region.
Joe remains active in the U.S. Air Force Reserves in a leadership capacity, most recently returning from a deployment to Kenya where he oversaw infrastructure expansion to triple a base's original design capacity.
Ashley has worked across the full spectrum of civil engineering project delivery — from multi-billion dollar toll road systems in Texas to smaller residential and municipal projects throughout the Southeast. Her range of experience gives her a uniquely practical understanding of how engineering work gets done at every scale.
As Quality Assurance Manager, Ashley is the final checkpoint before any deliverable leaves Command Engineering. Her commitment to quality is both professional and personal — every report and analysis reflects the standard she and Joe hold themselves to.
Alfredo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico in 2014. As one of the co-founders of Command Engineering, he brings energy and expertise to every project he works on.
His experience spans a wide variety of project types. Most notably, he served as construction manager for the APM projects at Orlando International Airport, has worked as a structural engineer and bridge inspector for numerous agencies, and has served as a site planning engineer for development projects throughout the region.
Alfredo is married and has two children, Louisa and Alfredito. He has a passion for supporting his local community and working with organizations to give back.
